We went to Chroma to celebrate our daughter's birthday and for the experience. We made reservations although the place was not busy. My daughter has yet to send me the food pics but I wanted to share my experience. The server was courteous and constantly checking up on us. The menu includes shareable plates so we ordered the Parm to Table Experience where they cook the pasta inside the Parmesan Wheel at your table. The pasta was great but the portion is small. We also ordered the brussell sprouts in a miso caramel sauce which was delicious. Also shared a 33oz Ribeye which was tasty but a little too charred. The restaurant itself is clean and very well decorated with some plants and other items that gave it an elegant look. I give it 4 stars for service and decor. Food could be prepared with more caution and better portion for the price. I may return!

We love Chroma, but just found out they also have brunch on the weekend! The moment we walked in was an entire vibe with a live DJ playing 90's and 00's Hip Hop and RnB. It was a great level where we were still able to have a conversation but high enough to feel the vibe and dance in my seat. Our server was fantastic! He was there checking on us at all the right times, personable and gave great recommendations. I was just a little thrown off by no muffin or something on the bottom like a normal Benedict but the flavors were great, as a whole, love the old bay seasoning in the hollandaise sauce. The hot chicken and waffles was tasty and flavorful is more what I would personally call it versus hot. We were warned it was hot, but so far I've been warned alot of things are hot at chroma and that's not the case for us. Flavor, seasoned, yes. Hot, not so much. But considering their usual demographic, I know why they warn people. They were still delicious. Don't take this wrong, but if you're used to real spicy food these won't be, and you'll need your hot sauce of choice. The loaded potatoes were so good! With the peppers, onions, bacon and queso. The giant cinnamon roll was divine. Warm, gooey, so much cinnamon and the icing was so tasty! I'm glad we treated it as more of a dessert, but it's brunch and there's no rules so feel free to grab it as an appetizer to split. We had an amazing time!! Next time we come back for brunch, we'll bring friends.

Had brunch here with a friend on a Saturday. We were able to get in without waiting. We both started with a mimosa while looking through the menu to see what we wanted to eat. I decided to go with shakshuka and blueberry pancakes. The shakshuka was green. I've only had red shakshuka elsewhere. I enjoyed it. It came with some pita bread. Pancakes were good. It was a lot of food so I had leftovers. Service was also great. Good brunch spot in the lake Nona area.

Stopped here in Lake Nona before an appointment. Great place to grab some small plates and cocktails. Service was spot on and Pad Thai with pork belly was great. Watermelon Margarita was tasty. Lots to do down here in this area.

Ok.. i loved chroma! They made our stay comfortable. The food is fresh and artfully created. A definite try for a foodie. The ambiance was comfortable and pretty

My goodness the food today was delicious. Chroma sliders were so moist and cooked to perfection. The pad Thai is sooo gooood! I didn't know having pork belly in it made such a difference! The brussel sprouts are always such a treat. That sweet tasting vegetable just makes you love brussel sprouts even if you hated them before! Lastly, the pork spare ribs are such a treat. Never knew that pork ribs could be so good! Chroma is definitely one of the best restaurants in Tavistock collection. The food value is there in comparison to some of the other pricier places. Definitely come try it out. Located in the heart of lake Nona!
